Background

RogueDB started with a design tailored for data at scale and highly distributed data workloads. Benchmarking, test driven development, and a philosophy of maximizing performance drives internal development efforts. The team continuously evaluates internal source code in an effort to further reduce run-times through novel and proprietary techniques.  

Design

Proprietary algorithms and software architecture prioritize the reduction of runtime decision-making in all of its forms to maximize operation throughput. Additionally, operations are analyzed, parsed, and queued for parallelization to maximize hardware utilization. Our performance edge allows customers to utilize less compute for the equivalent performance of competitors at far lower prices.

Dedicated Plans

All dedicated plans allow for maximal utilization of the underlying hardware without operation throughput limitations. Projects requiring intensive data workloads should prioritize dedicated plans to fully utilize RogueDB's capabilities.

Shared Plans

All shared plans cap operation throughput with the limit defined in the subscription plan. However, our philosophy of optimizing performance means the same number of operations costs an order of magnitude less than competitor's plans.
